Help raise awareness of how-than-nurturing childhood experiences, family roles and systems are reenacted in participants’ current lives and relationships.

Position Qualifications:

Position Qualifications:
- Minimum of seven(7) years counseling experience delivering direct mental health services to include group therapy, addiction treatment, and trauma therapy.
- Delivers counseling services in accordance with directives from the Executive/Clinical Director.
- Conducts initial assessments for potential clients.
- Provides information and referral sources to clients deemed not appropriate for our program but requiring other services.
- Assumes responsibility for creating client Electronic Health Record (EHR) and maintaining required client charting.
- Provides direct client services to clients in a weekly intensive format.
- Addresses and documents continuity of care when appropriate by linking client with referral sources at completion of retreat week.
- Provides relevant information to the client’s referring therapist when requested and assures proper consents to release information forms are in place pursuant to Oklahoma RECORDS AND CONFIDENTIALITY. 450:60-9-1.
- Coordinates with the Clinical Team to ensure consistency of treatment.
- Completes all duties in a professional and timely manner.
- Ensures that all clinical and administrative records are accurate and timely and follow quality processes.
- Maintains client confidentiality (450:60:9-1) and is compliant with HIPPA (The Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) of 1996) pursuant to Title 43A.
- Protects client’s rights pursuant to Title 450:15:3.
- Reports all alleged incidents of abuse or neglect to OKDHS Hotline pursuant to Oklahoma Child Abuse Reporting and Prevention Act, Title 10, Chapter 71, Section 703 and reports this action to the Clinical Director.
- Attends staff meetings as scheduled.
- Contributes as an active member of the Clinical Team.
- Be familiar with all Green Shoe Foundation staff members, programs, policies and properties.
- Work with the Clinical Team to coordinate admissions and referrals.
- Travel occasionally to conduct training workshops as part of Green Shoe Foundation’s staff development program or marketing efforts.
- Assume other responsibilities as warranted and assigned to you as the Green Shoe Foundation grows in capacity.
- Understand that due to the nature of the business of the Green Shoe Foundation, may require flexibility in work schedule which may include evenings to meet the needs of the organization and its clients.
