Stephany Cochran earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a Master’s of Science in Counseling and Student Services from the University of North Texas. She is passionate about helping others reach their full potential through compassion, leadership and education. Prior to joining the Green Shoe team, she was a Licensed Professional Counselor in Texas and specialized in working with families, youth and children. She facilitated experiential groups for children and teen struggling with emotional and behavioral difficulties. Through that practice, and as a mom to two incredible boys, her next move was close to the heart when her team started a private school for children and youth that offered individualized academic and therapeutic treatment plans. Once relocating to Oklahoma, Stephany’s path transitioned into Higher Education working with non-traditional students in the career college setting. Now as the Executive Director of Green Shoe, she is truly rooted where she gets to use her remarkable gifts at a place she loves to be. Stephany is a huge advocate for self-care, whether through her leadership or simply taking a friend to dinner, creating mental health awareness is what she lives and breathes. When Stephany isn’t coaching others, you can find her tossing a ball to her fur-baby, Penske, reading Harry Potter or Twilight (for the hundredth time), spending time with her family, watching Hallmark movies or cheering on her Texas Rangers during baseball season. |
Teresa Deck received her B.S from Baylor University and her M.S. in Counseling Psychology from the University of Central Oklahoma Since 2002 she has been a Licensed Professional Counselor and an approved LPC Supervisor. In addition to her therapeutic knowledge and years of clinical experience she is also EMDR and PIT (Post Induction Therapy) trained therapist. During her remarkable 23 year career in the behavioral health field, she has been an advocate for individuals who have experienced life with mental health, addiction, childhood trauma, and dysfunctional relationships. So, you can imagine that joining the team at Green Shoe Foundation in 2016 was, and still is, a perfect fit. One thing Teresa will tell you is, “ An individual’s value and worth is innate. It’s not about what’s wrong with you, but more important is what happened to you during those first 18 years of life, and the meaning and stories you make up about yourself ”. This truly underlines why she is the heart and soul of Green Shoe. Teresa’s faith and family are her foundations, especially when it’s time to put on her Gigi hat. When she is not advocating for mental health awareness, you can find her at home reading or baking, especially birthday cakes to help celebrate your day of joy. So, aside from signing up for a Green Shoe retreat, be sure to ask her for her favorite cake recipe, she has quite a few and they are all delicious. |

Amanda is meticulously organized with a dedication to innovation, clever creatives, and keeping everyone firmly planted in the digital age. She makes sure everything (and everyone) is where it should be when it should be. She draws on her branding and product launch knowledge as Executive Creative Director with TEN26, digital and creative marketing experience as Area Marketing Director for a national home builder, and time as an award-winning design coordinator to not only make sure that everything gets done but that it gets done with style. Amanda is known for her "slight" Harry Potter and Star Wars obsession and love for pigs (think Babe, not bacon). She loves God, is a devoted wife to her amazing husband, Zach, and mom to two (fur) kids Wednesday, and Olive. She recently relocated back to her OKC stomping grounds and can be found lounging at one of the many vegan restaurants in Mid-Town, running at Lake Hefner, catching a local concert, playing auntie to her adorable nieces, and attempting to finally convince her husband that they need a mini piglet. |
