Parenting + Codependence Online Workshop

March 13th at 10am
March 30th at 6pm

Green Shoe Foundation has a newly developed parenting workshop. This workshop is a source of guidance and instruction with the goal of developing increased healthy and functional parenting skills. The information included in this workshop provides parents with a method to evaluate their own unique childhood relational experience with their parents/caregivers, to connect how these relationships inform their current parenting practices with their own children, and lastly, how to create healthy ways of parenting which will instill value, protection, honesty, limit setting, and spontaneity in their child’s life.

"The good news is we can go back and heal the wounds. We can go back and look at the experiences, see
what happened, see what was adverse to us we can interpret our processes and evaluate with adult
understanding so we can live in recovery and be truly alive."
~ Pia Mellody
