Episode Twenty-Seven

The entire team at Green Shoe Foundation got together to discuss what their holiday looks like this season, the meaning of gratitude, and what they are thankful for.
Episode Twenty-Six

Boundaries help us share and protect our reality. However, during the holiday season we tend to worry about other's reality and we forget about our own truth. You have opinions and feelings that can be expressed in a healthy way - this is part about reality that boundaries protect.
Episode Twenty-Five
Being grateful is an attitude. Whether you are in an enjoyable season or facing challenges, being thankful for the gift of growth during these times can improve your mental health.

Listen as Teresa talks us through an incredible gratitude meditation and learn more about what our team is most grateful for going into the holiday season.
Episode Twenty-Four
"Gratitude helps you break out the 'all or nothing' thinking pattern where you are able to recognize and be aware of pieces you are grateful amidst struggle." ~Steve Brinkworth

Episode Twenty-Three
Y'all this was to much fun.  We got the whole Green Shoe Foundation group together to discuss our precious fur-babies, the positive impact they have on our mental health, and how we came to be fur-parents.

BONUS: We had the EXTREME pleasure of having Cindy Webb with
Pause4Paws Oklahoma to tell us more of the wonderful organization she is a part of and the PAWSitive work they do for those in recovery.
In a world that can distract us away from being present, you may be feeling you need to connect more with positivity. In the face of learning a new normal, especially in the midst of feeling fear, anger, sadness, or anxiety - mindfulness is a way for us to be present intentionally.

The biggest question is how are to you cope when what has been familiar suddenly changes? Many of us struggle to discover a mindful daily routine while others seek advice on how to keep their mental health and self-care at the forefront, even more so when there are many uncertainties upon us.

We want to discuss how to give yourself and others compassion during a time of difficulties. Submit your questions about mental-health-related issues, how to stay connected, concerns of feeling lost, or lacking joy - let's start the conversation to better your well-being.  Tune in to hear our discussions on these topics on our podcast "Green Shoe Conversations".
