Christa Harrison

Christa Harrison is a licensed alcohol and drug counselor with a mental health designation who brings nearly two decades of experience supporting adults navigating trauma, life transitions, and the lasting impact of difficult life experiences. She is known for creating a grounded and thoughtful space where clients can slow down, reflect, and reconnect with themselves as they move through the healing process.

Christa earned their Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership from Southern Nazarene University and their Master of Human Relations from the University of Oklahoma. Throughout her career, she has worked in a variety of clinical settings, including community mental health, medication-assisted treatment programs, drug court, and private practice. Their work has included supporting people of all ages as they work through trauma, emotional overwhelm, and major life transitions.

Christa’s therapeutic approach is collaborative, compassionate, and trauma-informed. They value creating spaces where clients feel respected, safe, and able to explore their experiences openly. As a queer therapist, she is committed to providing affirming care for LGBTQ+ individuals and others from marginalized communities, while supporting people from many backgrounds in their healing process.

Outside of their work, Christa enjoys yoga, rock climbing, spending time near water, and being with her family and community.
