Due to high volume, our support team will be connecting with you via text & email within two business weeks. Be sure to check all spam and junk folders for messages. Completion of this form is the first step and does not secure retreat admission.

STEP 2. Watch for an email from the Green Shoe Foundation.

Once you have registered, you will receive an invitation to complete our intake paperwork. Pease watch your email to include spam or junk folders. If you have not received an email from us in no later than two weeks, please contact 405-697-2109 so that we can assist you.

STEP 3. Complete your intake paperwork

Once your intake paperwork is complete, we will contact you to schedule your initial assessment.

STEP 4. Attend your phone assessment.

At the end of the assessment, you will work with the therapist to determine next steps which may include scheduling your Green Shoe Foundation Retreat.

STEP 5. Attend a retreat!
