Justin Endecott
Ranch Hand​

Justin Endecott serves on our ranch team.  Before joining the team, Justin worked as a farm hand where he leaned a great deal about farming and agriculture.  He has also served a ranch manager overseeing general maintenance, multiple properties, and serving as an instructor for a welding class.  When he is not at the Green Shoe Foundation, Justin enjoys hunting, fishing, working his cattle operation and small farm, and spending time with his family.  Justin has also served youth who have experienced trauma, and he appreciates how Green Shoe Foundation  supports adults dealing with their own trauma and learning ways to help others.
